Delivery

We always try to have stock available of all our products and will aim to deliver within 3-5 days of your order if stock is available.

We know how important your delivery is and will always try to accommodate any request where possible.

Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it to us please do so within 7 days of receiving the product in the original packaging. We will issue you with a full refund for the full price of the goods, including the cost of sending the item to you. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Should you receive an item and it is damaged or faulty please report it to us by post or email within 7 days. You may then return it to us in the original packaging (even if the packaging has been damaged) and upon receipt of the damaged goods we will issue you with a replacement item or a full refund including the cost of sending the item to you and your return delivery costs.

Your refund will usually be sent via the same method of payment within 7 days of receiving the goods.
