VOIP and Small nonprofits
I would highly recommend VOIP because of the benefits of having a virtual office wherever you are, and with the VOIP service, you can make and receive calls as if you were in an office, no matter where you are. This feature can be very beneficial to small nonprofits because nonprofits are often understaffed or they may not have anyone in the office during normal business hours. Finally, most nonprofits rely on donations from others to function. However, nonprofit leaders and boards of directors tend to neglect technical security measures without considering that they are essentially managing another people’s money. Whether you rely on offerings, donations or philanthropy to run your organization, keeping your supporters’ information and donations secure needs to be at the top of your priority list. We would strongly encourage all nonprofit clients to implement the same security measures used by for-profit companies to ensure their systems are running safely and securely.
